Oracle Utilities CC&B Consultant
- Highly Desirable Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring, developing, and troubleshooting Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) solutions in utility environments
- CC&B Administration & Configuration
- Framework Business Processes (Service Agreements, Billing, Payments, Collections, Meter-to-Cash)
- Framework Administration including ConfigTools
- Custom Development, Enhancements, and Integrations
- Experience deploying and supporting applications on Oracle WebLogic Server and monitoring via Oracle Enterprise Manager
- Development experience using Oracle Utilities Application Framework, Oracle Utilities SDK, and Eclipse IDE
- Integration expertise leveraging Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Integration Cloud for enterprise system integrations
- Strong programming skills in Java and Python, including batch processing, web services (SOAP/REST), and automation scripting
- Experience with OpenText Exstream for bill print design and customer communications
- Job scheduling and batch automation using Automic Applications Manager
- Linux scripting (Shell/Bash) and system administration in Linux and Windows environments
- Reporting and analytics experience using Oracle BI Publisher and other enterprise reporting tools
- Proven ability to:
- Develop and manage project plans
- Track resources, dependencies, budgets, and milestones
- Lead technical implementations in large-scale utility transformation programs
- Industry experience supporting regulated Electric, Gas, and Water Utilities, with deep understanding of Meter-to-Cash lifecycle processes
