Position Overview
We are seeking a Regional Property & Senior Construction Project Manager to lead all capital construction projects, renovations, and facilities upgrades across our schools in the U.S. West region.
This role oversees the full lifecycle of construction — from concept and design through permitting, bidding, and completion — ensuring that our campuses are safe, compliant, and optimized for outstanding learning experiences.
This is a remote role with regular regional travel to project sites.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end construction project management for multiple campuses, including design, permitting, procurement, and construction oversight.
- Manage RFPs and vendor contracts for architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Oversee budgets, cost control, schedules, and quality standards for all capital projects.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with school leaders to plan and prioritize capital improvement projects.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with landlords, contractors, and service providers.
- Prepare and present regular project reports, KPIs, and budget updates to regional leadership.
Drive implementation of ISP’s construction safety, security, and sustainabilitystandards across all properties.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- 12–15 years of experience managing medium to large-scale construction or renovation projects.
- Proven ability to oversee multiple, concurrent projects across geographically dispersed locations.
- Strong budgeting, cost management, and contract negotiation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and AutoCAD or similar tools.
- Thorough knowledge of building codes, permitting, and health and safety regulations.
- PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification preferred.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel regionally as needed.

- Knowledge of sustainability and energy efficiency practices in school environments.
