PhD Researcher

Position: Psychology Ph.D/Psy.D (AI + Mental Health Research)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $100–$200 per hour

Role Responsibilities
• Design, conduct, and publish research on AI applications in mental health
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and clinicians on AI-driven mental health tools
• Translate complex research findings for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Lead literature reviews, systematic analyses, and research documentation
• Communicate research outcomes through reports, presentations, and publications
• Advocate for ethical AI practices in mental health research
• Provide expert guidance on psychological theory and evidence-based interventions

Requirements
• Doctoral degree (Ph.D or Psy.D) in Psychology
• Strong experience with peer-reviewed research in AI and mental health
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong experience in research design, analysis, and scientific writing
• Deep understanding of mental health disorders and clinical best practices
• Ability to work effectively in remote, collaborative environments
• Commitment to ethical standards in digital mental health research
