I’ve recently acquired an established Australian online tile store (WooCommerce-based) and am looking for an experienced eCommerce Growth Strategist to help scale revenue profitably.

The business is live and generating sales. My priority is:

Stabilise operations

Improve margins

Scale profitably

This is NOT a basic “run ads” role. I’m looking for someone who understands:

Increase AOV through bundles & upsells

3️⃣ Strategy

Provide 30-60-90 day growth plan

Weekly KPI tracking

Clear profitability framework
