An international law firm with a strong reputation in banking and capital markets is looking to hire a Junior Lawyer to join its Capital Markets & Banking team in Luxembourg.

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documentation
- Advising on a broad range of financial regulatory matters
- Assisting clients on complex structured finance transactions involving multiple parties and jurisdictions
- Collaborating with leading financial institutions and international colleagues
- Supporting clients in high-level, multi-jurisdictional projects
- Ideal Profile
- European qualified lawyer (or in the process of qualification)
- Ca 2 years of professional experience
- Strong academic background
- Fluent in German and English (both used daily in professional context)
- French and/or Luxembourgish would be considered an asset
- Excellent drafting skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Client-focused and solution-oriented mindset
- Able to work both independently and as part of an international team
