Role Description
- This role plays a crucial part in supporting pharmacy operations by planning, designing, and enhancing business systems and workflows.
- Partner with leadership and stakeholders to understand workflows and regulatory requirements
- Document current and future state pharmacy processes and data flows
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and functional specifications
- Develop and present solutions with trade-offs concerning compliance and scalability
- Ensure solutions align with pharmacy regulations and internal policies
- Lead design reviews to enhance pharmacy operations and patient experience
- Identify and resolve issues across existing pharmacy systems
- Evaluate system effectiveness and recommend enhancements
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated operations
- Experience in a business or operations analyst role in healthcare settings
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and healthcare regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and data visualization tools like Tableau
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI and data modeling
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
