Role Description
- The Engineer III, Senior Database / Application Developer position offers an exciting opportunity to help support our leading-edge healthcare claims processing and administration software platform which just received the Best in KLAS® award as the best solution on the market.
- Support the full enterprise solution that covers healthcare / health insurance claims processing
- Develop applications using C#.Net, ASP.Net and MS SQL Server
- Review / write design specifications
- Design views that meet user interface requirements
- Analyze data to implement functional system changes
- Communicate effectively with internal software team members and customers through strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Remain flexible to changes in priorities with the ability to multi-task
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of software development experience involving T-SQL, Table design and Stored Procedures
- 5+ years developing windows-based applications such as C#.Net
- Working knowledge of object-oriented software development methodology
- Knowledge of XML and Web Services
- Familiarity with report writing environments including Crystal Reports and SQL Reporting Services
- Experience building web-based applications a plus
