Web Developer Needed – Fix Lead Form Validation, API & HubSpot Tracking Issues

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced developer to help fix and optimize our private jet charter website form and tracking setup.

Our website includes a flight request form with airport dropdowns (API-based) and is integrated with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and HubSpot.

Current Issues:

We are experiencing the following problems:

• Users can submit incomplete or incorrect requests (past dates, missing required fields, etc.)

• Form validation needs improvement (frontend and server-side if required)

• Google Ads conversion tracking may be firing incorrectly

• HubSpot shows many leads as “offline sources” or incorrectly attributed

• UTMs may not be captured or passed properly

• We need accurate tracking so we can clearly understand where leads are coming from.

Expected Outcomes

• Conversions fire only on real, valid form submissions

• UTMs are captured and passed correctly

• Leads show the correct source in HubSpot

• Invalid submissions are blocked

• Form logic is clean and secure

• Tracking setup is verified and tested
