SAFe Certified Agile Coach

A company is looking for an Agile Coach responsible for implementing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices across clinical informatics teams.

Lead the implementation and maturation of SAFe practices across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
Provide expert coaching to Agile teams and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions
Oversee Agile metrics and collaborate with stakeholders to drive Agile adoption

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred
SAFe certification required, with SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) strongly preferred
Minimum 7 years in Agile delivery and transformation roles, with 3 years in SAFe implementation or coaching
Proven experience facilitating PI Planning events for large programs (50+ participants)
Deep knowledge of SAFe principles and strong understanding of Lean-Agile mindset and other Agile frameworks
