Senior Communications Consultant – Virtual
- Job Description:
- Utilize communication, change management, and consulting expertise to manage client relationships
- Lead communication projects
- Plan development of effective multi-media communication and change management campaigns
- Manage large, complex client projects and relationships
- Consult with select clients at senior HR level
- Stay current with communication trends and delivery channels
- Create and nurture successful client relationships
- Mentor and coach junior consultants
- Analyze industry trends and address client needs
- Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Education of a Bachelor’s or higher in related discipline
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating creativity as well as HR/benefits expertise
- Comfortable with engaging with and presenting to clients
- Ability to collaborate efficiently and effectively with all stakeholders
- Ability to write and guide others to write compelling communication materials
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, leading and/or managing people
- Ability to partner with subject matter experts from other lines of business
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat
