Define and own go-to-market strategy for data AI governance aligned with market needs
Build and lead a high-performing team focused on governance strategy and compliance
Develop governance frameworks addressing data and model governance as well as compliance standards
Partner with Engineering to embed governance capabilities in company's platforms
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure solutions meet evolving regulatory requirements
Represent company's governance vision externally and enhance thought leadership in the sector
Track success metrics and KPIs related to governance initiatives

10+ years of experience in data, analytics, AI, and governance roles; 5-7 years in senior leadership positions
Proven track record of building and scaling governance programs in enterprise settings
Deep knowledge of data governance disciplines such as data quality, lineage, and stewardship
Strong expertise in AI/ML governance including model monitoring and risk frameworks
Excellent strategic business acumen with the ability to quantify governance investments
