Looking for a proactive Accountant/Bookkeeper For a Small business (Online Based Biz in US)
I run a small online consulting/media service business based in Nevada and need a sharp, proactive accountant/bookkeeper who will be able to help organize books, filling, and provide proactive guidance on best practices.
What's on the plate:
Get books current from January 2025 to present
Clean up and organize QuickBooks Online (bank/credit card feeds are connected but can use updating/organizing)
Ongoing monthly bookkeeping and filing
Proactive tax planning: flagging opportunities, deadlines, and issues before they become problems
Filling/accounting for each year.
About the Business:
Nevada-based online consulting - sole operator
Established, active business with real transaction volume
Multi-state contractor relationships
What I'm looking for in you:
Strong QuickBooks Online experience with US-based small businesses
Familiar with 1099 filings, contractor payments, and multi-state nuance
Someone who is reasonably proactive, and looking to create the best outcomes in this business. Think like my tax and books gardener.
Ideally, we'd look over what needs to be done and create a project scope to organize everything, then create a long term steady relationship (Quarterly/books)
