As a Fluent English Back Office & Customer Care Executive at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Writing professional emails to clients and stakeholders
- Performing daily administrative and marketing tasks as assigned by clients, ensuring all duties are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicating effectively with clients via email and other communication tools, demonstrating professionalism and clarity
- Utilizing basic Excel, MS Word, and other computer skills to manage tasks
- Maintaining a reliable internet connection and a functional computer/laptop to work efficiently from home
- Demonstrating fluency in English, with a clear and professional US accent
- *Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with a clear and professional US accent
- Proficiency in basic Excel, MS Word, internet navigation, and email communication
- A reliable computer or laptop with a stable internet connection
- Ability to work independently from home, managing tasks and deadlines responsibly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Working hours: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday
