U.S. Immigration Attorney Needed for H-1B Sponsorship ASAP

Job Description:

We are a U.S.-based creative marketing agency (Shown Media) looking for an experienced U.S. immigration attorney to guide and manage an H-1B visa sponsorship for one of our employees for the FY2027 cap season.

We want someone who can handle the full process end-to-end and advise on compliance, timelines, and backup options.

Scope of Work:

• H-1B Process (Primary Goal)

• Advise on eligibility and position classification (specialty occupation)

• Prepare and submit H-1B lottery registration (March 2026)

• Handle full petition if selected

• Guide employer through required documentation and compliance

• Provide fee breakdown and timeline

• Ensure compliance with Department of Labor & USCIS requirements

Employer Setup & Compliance:

• Advise on employer obligations for H-1B sponsorship

• Ensure wage level and job description compliance

• Assist with Labor Condition Application (LCA)

• Provide guidance on recordkeeping and Public Access File

Backup Plan: STEM OPT Extension:

• Advise on STEM OPT extension requirements

• Assist with E-Verify enrollment for employer

• Ensure company compliance for STEM OPT eligibility

• Provide timeline to meet April 2026 E-Verify deadline

Candidate We’re Sponsoring:

• Holds a U.S. Master’s degree (eligible for advanced degree lottery)

• Currently working with us in New York

• May pursue STEM OPT extension if not selected

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed U.S. immigration attorney

• Proven experience with H-1B cap cases

• Experience helping small businesses sponsor visas

• Familiarity with STEM OPT and E-Verify setup

• Ability to provide clear guidance and timelines
