- Required Skills, Experiences, Education and Competencies:
- Experience: 9-12 years of experience in paid media strategy and execution, with a track record of managing large budgets and delivering results. Hospitality or franchise experience is a plus but not required.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, influence, and inspire teams and stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced certifications in media platforms (Google, Meta, CTV platforms, etc.) or digital marketing are a big plus.
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $60.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
