We’re hiring an experienced online fitness coach to join our team.

This is a client-facing coaching role. You’ll be responsible for managing up to 100 active clients at any given time.

$100 per client, per month
Fully remote

Deliver weekly client check-ins (written/voicenote as per our system)
Run monthly Zoom game-plan calls with clients (as requested by the client)
Coach men through training, nutrition, and adherence using our proven systems
Respond to clients quickly and professionally - speed matters
Uphold a high standard of client experience and accountability

Full onboarding and training
Complete coaching systems, SOPs, templates, and frameworks
Programming, nutrition structure, and support tools
Clear expectations and workflows

Qualified personal trainer (certification required)
Proven experience coaching clients online and/or in-person
Has personally helped people achieve real physical results
In strong physical shape yourself - you must look like a coach
Highly punctual, reliable, and organized
Extremely responsive - client experience is a priority
Genuinely cares about results and outcomes, not just “checking boxes”
Comfortable managing a high client load
Must be male (you will be coaching male clients only)

Takes ownership and follows through
Communicates clearly and promptly
Thrives in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment
Wants a long-term role, not a side hobby

Important
You do not need to already coach the way we do - we will train you fully.
You do need real coaching experience and a track record of getting people in shape.
