We are a fast-growing AI focused company looking to scale our outreach and sales. We need a proactive lead generation and sales expert who can help us connect with high-value prospects on LinkedIn and Meta and convert them into opportunities.

You will be responsible for:

Generating leads on LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads/Groups/Pages)

Researching and targeting ideal client profiles

Running outreach campaigns and messaging sequences

Qualifying leads and passing hot prospects to our sales team

Managing pipelines and tracking performance

Closing opportunities when needed

This is a hybrid lead gen + sales role: you are the engine that brings prospects in and moves them through the funnel.

Requirements

Proven experience in lead generation on LinkedIn and Meta

Strong understanding of outreach, messaging, and nurturing strategies

Experience using CRM or pipeline tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)

Excellent communication and persuasive writing skills

Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

Bonus:

Experience in B2B or high-ticket sales

Familiarity with automation tools like Phantombuster, Expandi, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
