Experienced US Patent Lawyer Needed for Litigation

We are seeking a highly qualified US patent lawyer with a minimum of 15 years of litigation experience to assist with our patent-related legal matters. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of US patent law and a proven track record in court. Responsibilities include preparing and filing patent litigation documents, strategizing case approaches, and representing clients in court proceedings. Requirements:

• Tech background in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science

• Minimum 15 years experience in patent litigation with trial experience. Preferred Texas or CA litigation

• Fluent & articulate in English

• Certified with the US Patent Bar

• Remote work possible but preferred in Washington DC or New York

• Can lead a case independently

• Salary based
