Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine detailed business and functional requirements
Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions in collaboration with developers and architects

Demonstrated ability to write high-quality business requirements and collaborate closely with engineering teams
Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly learn complex business processes and stakeholder needs

Experience supporting Fundraising, Investor Relations, or CRM platforms in alternative asset management
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models and stakeholder workshops
Background working in regulated financial environments with strong attention to data governance and process controls
