Qazi Law is expanding into Estate Planning and seeking an Illinois-licensed attorney to serve as Of Counsel.
We serve a large and trusted client base within immigrant and working-family communities across Illinois. Many of our clients need wills, trusts, and guardianship planning. We generate and schedule the consultations — you focus on delivering excellent legal work.

- Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations scheduled by our intake team
- Provide strategic estate planning advice
- Draft wills, trusts, and related documents under your firm entity
- Oversee execution and signing
- Maintain your own malpractice insurance
- Manage your own support personnel
- Qualifications
- Active Illinois law license in good standing
- Experience in estate planning
- Strong client communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Professional and responsive
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
Compensation
Performance-based compensation structured around collected fees. Specific financial terms will be discussed with qualified candidates.
