Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using Microsoft Fabric tools and services
Integrate data from multiple sources (structured, semi-structured, and unstructured) into centralized data models
Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
Optimize ETL workflows for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve ETL process issues in a timely manner
Maintain documentation for ETL processes, data mappings, and workflows
Stay current with Microsoft Fabric updates, features, and best practices
Support data analytics and reporting teams by providing clean, well-structured datasets

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Proven experience as an ETL Developer, Data Engineer, or similar role
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and related services (e.g., Data Factory, Synapse, Power BI integration)
Strong proficiency in SQL and data transformation techniques
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure preferred)
Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and dimensional modeling
Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
