• *Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Loan Consultant II, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting, assisting, and soliciting individuals entering the office and calling by phone; receiving and processing credit and employment verifications, and recording information obtained.
• Processing payments, distributions, and making recommendations regarding loan approvals.
• Approving loans up to established lending limits and completing loan closings.
• Handling account activities related to collection accounts, including phone calls and face-to-face communications with customers.
• Preparing reports, correspondences, transaction documentation, and recording and filing documentation; operating a cash drawer, processing bank deposits, maintaining records and balances, and closing the branch.
• Actively marketing all branch products and services to individuals.
• Performing all other duties as assigned by management.

• *Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 2-4 years of experience in consumer finance or a related field.
• Strong cash handling, computer, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word Applications.
