As a Lead Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers warmly and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Operating the cash register and handling transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Making purchase suggestions to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth
  • Leading shifts and supervising entry-level employees to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Maintaining high standards for store appearance and cleanliness, including visual merchandising and inventory management
  • Interacting with customers daily and working as part of a team to achieve sales goals and objectives

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
