E-commerce Email Marketing Manager
Email Marketing Specialist - DTC Brand (Remote)
We're a fast-growing DTC e-commerce brand looking for a full-time Email Marketing Specialist to own our entire email channel.
We have a 6K+ subscriber list and existing flows in place, but email hasn't been a focus. That changes now. You'll take over, optimize what's there, and turn email into a consistent revenue driver.
- What you'll do:
- Optimize existing flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback, etc.)
- Plan and send 1-2 campaigns per week
- Write copy that sells and design emails (or provide direction for our designer)
- Build out proper segmentation - lists, segments, VIP tiers, the works
- Analyze performance and continuously improve open rates, click rates, and revenue per email
- Coordinate with our creative team to align email campaigns with paid marketing efforts
- You're a great fit if you:
- Have 2+ years of email marketing experience for DTC/ecommerce brands
- Know Klaviyo inside and out
- Can write compelling copy and have a good eye for email design
- Understand segmentation strategy and how to maximize list value
- Are data-driven and obsess over performance metrics
- Can work independently and own the channel end-to-end
- Nice to have:
- SMS marketing experience
- Experience with brands at similar scale or larger
