Meera.ai is an AI-powered conversational automation platform built for enterprise sales teams managing high-volume outbound and complex sales cycles. Our customers often manage 5,000+ leads per month, requiring coordinated engagement across SMS, voice, email, WhatsApp, and CRM-driven automation. We help companies scale meaningful customer conversations and accelerate revenue by combining AI-driven outreach with deep CRM integrations. We have already invested in a modern growth stack including tools for outbound, automation, and audience intelligence. Now we’re looking for a hands-on growth operator to turn that stack into a high-performance lead generation engine. This is a builder role focused on execution and measurable pipeline impact.
We are hiring a Growth Automation & Paid Media Manager to own and execute our account-based lead generation engine. This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, automation, and outbound sales support.

    Responsibilities
  • Build and automate target account workflows
  • Launch and optimize paid media campaigns
  • Synchronize outbound sales activity with paid marketing
  • Experiment with messaging and audiences
  • Drive qualified meetings and pipeline
  • Build the automated foundation for account-based marketing.
  • Pulling and structuring target account lists from Apollo
  • Enriching and segmenting data using Clay
  • Syncing audiences automatically into ad platforms including:
  • Google AdsLinkedIn AdsMeta AdsDisplay networks
  • Eliminating manual CSV workflows through automation
  • Creating trigger-based workflows tied to CRM stages
  • Ensuring outbound sales activity activates paid “air cover” campaigns
  • Creating campaigns across
  • GoogleLinkedInMetaYouTubeDisplay platforms
  • Writing high-converting B2B ad copy aligned with Meera’s positioning
  • Testing messaging angles and creative variations
  • Managing budgets and targeting
  • Monitoring performance and optimizing campaigns
  • The account automatically receives paid advertising exposure
  • Retargeting activates after engagement
  • Messaging evolves based on sales lifecycle stage
  • Campaigns turn on/off based on CRM signals
  • Track cost per meeting
  • Improve audience match rates
  • Increase account penetration
  • Run structured experimentation programs
  • Optimize conversion from ad → meeting
    Requirements
  • Extremely hands-on and execution-focused
  • Comfortable building workflows and launching campaigns yourself
  • Strong at writing high-converting B2B ad copy
  • Technically comfortable with automation tools and CRM workflows
  • Data-driven and performance-oriented
  • Comfortable being accountable for pipeline generation
  • 3–6 years in growth marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations
  • Experience running paid campaigns for B2B SaaS companies
  • Experience syncing CRM audiences into ad platforms
  • Experience supporting outbound sales motions
  • Strong B2B paid media copywriting ability
