- Required:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Austin, TX (required);
- Experience in process engineering, operations optimization, or business process improvement (8 years)
- Experience in evaluating current state processes and optimizing processes (5 years)
- Experience with software system requirements to design improved solutions (1 year)
- Experience in leading process transformation initiatives in large organizations (1 year)
- Experience in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio etc.) (1 year)
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills (1 year)
- Experience with operational metrics, workflow optimization, and cross-functional team collaboration (1 year)
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification (1 year)
- Preferred:
- Experience in regulated or government environments (1 year)
- Experience with process automation or low-code tools (1 year)
- Lean certification (1 year)
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Lead enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives leveraging 8+ years of experience in process engineering, operations optimization, and business process improvement
- Evaluate current-state workflows and redesign processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and performance using structured methodologies
- Translate optimized process designs into clear software system requirements to enable technology-enabled solutions
- Apply Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean principles to drive data-driven decision-making, reduce waste, and improve operational outcomes
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and stakeholder engagements to align teams, gather input, and drive consensus on process changes
- Develop detailed process models, maps, and documentation using tools such as Microsoft Visio to visualize and communicate improvements
- Define and monitor operational metrics to measure impact, ensure sustainability, and support continuous improvement in regulated or complex environments
