Telemetry Nurse (RN) in Holloman Air Force Base, NM

Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care following the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Administer medications and treatments according to protocols, carefully monitoring patient response and side effects.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, treatments, and progress.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers by assessing learning needs and providing relevant information and resources.
• Make effective assignments and delegate tasks to other care providers to optimize clinical operations.
• Uphold standards consistent with professional nursing competencies and organizational policies.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a relevant specialty preferred.
• Current RN license in New Mexico or compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA only) required.

Schedule:
• Full-time, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM shifts.
• Weekend rotation required every other weekend or 5-6 weekend shifts over a 6-week period.
