    Responsibilities
  • Own the client relationship end-to-end: onboarding, strategy calls, performance reviews, retention
  • Monitor and optimize Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) with a focus on B2B lead generation
  • Manage book-a-call funnels, webinar funnels, and other direct-response conversion systems
  • Identify opportunities to improve client results and proactively bring solutions — not just flag problems
  • Keep clients long-term by delivering measurable outcomes they can tie back to revenue
    Requirements
  • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or client services at a marketing agency or similar
  • Hands-on experience running Meta ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager) — not just reporting on them
  • B2B paid advertising experience is a strong plus: call funnels, webinar funnels, lead gen for SaaS, IT, or professional services
  • Familiarity with ClickFunnels (or other funnel building tools)
  • Comfortability with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys client calls, relationship management, and being accountable for outcomes
  • Strong communicator who can translate campaign data into clear, actionable insights for clients
