As a Mid-Level Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll be responsible for entering data into our systems, resolving enrollment errors, and reporting issues in accordance with corporate guidelines. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Enter data into our systems with high accuracy and efficiency
- Resolve enrollment errors and report issues in accordance with corporate guidelines
- Process terminations, coverage level changes, and other forms of subsequent enrollment activities for both paper and automated enrollment accounts
- Perform basic account installation functions, including review of group setup documentation, simple group structure setup, and coding on enrollment system
- Enroll subscribers and dependents for all business in a timely manner to meet the corporate objective of the issuance of timely and accurate ID cards
- Work with a culturally diverse population, providing excellent customer service and support
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure seamless communication and project execution
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in data management and customer service
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work in a production environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a culturally diverse population
- Ability to identify and understand the importance of confidential information (PHI/PII/HIPAA) and the consequences of data breaches
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Experience working in a virtual environment (work from home) and successfully completing distance learning (webinars, online, E-Learning)
- Proven ability to work in a Quality/Production driven environment and navigate concurrently between multiple software systems with relative ease
- Working knowledge of basic computer functions, including internet research and email communication

- Direct service experience and exposure to project management and supervision
