As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with their accounts, providing detailed explanations of account statuses, and ensuring accurate documentation in our client's system.
  • Ensuring all account information is accurately documented, adhering to state and federal regulations, and maintaining an average Inbound Handle Time.
  • Providing detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers, resolving issues efficiently, and achieving Quality Assurance goals.
  • Assisting customers with delinquent accounts based on various state guidelines, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Adhering to Production measures, including time spent on calls, schedule adherence, and other key performance indicators.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues, share knowledge, and drive continuous improvement.
  • *Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience navigating multiple systems/screens while speaking with customers, with a high level of technical proficiency.
