Litigation Attorney – Real Estate / Foreclosure (remote)

A multi-state law firm representing financial institutions is seeking a Litigation Attorney to support its Arizona practice. The role is fully remote, with occasional in-person hearings required.

Practice Areas:

Real estate • Title disputes • Mortgages • Foreclosure • Creditors’ rights

Responsibilities:
• Manage litigation and pre-litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft and argue pleadings and motions
• Handle discovery, hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Develop case strategy and communicate directly with clients
• Assist with bankruptcy motions and related proceedings as needed

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of litigation experience (foreclosure, real estate, mortgage servicing, or creditors’ rights preferred)
• Active Arizona bar license

Compensation:

$90K – $130K base + bonus up to $10K
