Responsibilities • Design machine learning solutions and execute projects from proof-of-concept to production. • Collaborate with business representatives to gather and understand requirements. • Oversee all project phases including problem definition, data annotation, and training documentation. • Architect ML solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. • Stay updated on the latest machine learning research and adapt models to client needs. • Build credibility through technical excellence and strong customer relationships. Requirements • Master's degree with 10+ years of experience or PhD with 6+ years in machine learning. • 5+ years of experience in architecting machine learning solutions. • Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure. • Proficient in building ML models and familiar with ML techniques. • Experience with tools such as Hugging Face, Tensor Flow/PyTorch, and transformer architectures. • Strong coding skills in Python and knowledge of architectural patterns like microservices. • Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience in ML project planning. • Exceptional problem-solving skills and leadership ability in tackling technical challenges. • Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
