Role: Business Analyst/Project Manager
Location: Remote (require working onsite the initial first week, Monday-Friday)
Duration: Long Term Contract
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities for the AN4 Hexure migration, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap identification for the future-state platform.
- Support platform design and deployment, ensuring target-state capabilities are clearly defined, documented, and aligned with business expectations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies to drive successful end to end migration execution.
- Document target-state workflows, gaps, and functional specifications, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and readiness for development and testing.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience with Hexure (formerly FireLight) and hands-on involvement in platform migrations, implementations, or enhancements.
- Strong Business Analysis background, including requirements elicitation, process documentation, and solution design.
- Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, risks, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.
- Understanding of insurance, annuities, or financial services workflows, especially those relevant to new business or digital application platforms.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, able to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams and produce clear, structured project artifacts.
