Compliance Operations Analyst
About the position
In this role, you will impact the overall compliance posture of our
organization, enabling us to operate efficiently while minimizing risks
associated with non-compliance.
You will report directly to our compliance management team and you’ll work out
of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.

- Responsibilities
- Work in and build expertise in key compliance systems and processes, ensuring to remain up-to-date with regulatory requirements and organizationalstandards.
- Deliver data-driven and analytical solutions, utilizing AI technologies to enhance compliance decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Support the execution of key compliance technology initiatives, including the integration of AI tools that improve data processing and complianceworkflows.
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, IT, and Sourcing teams to deliver crucial compliance solutions. Foster strong relationships to ensure alignment andsuccess in compliance initiatives.
- Prepare and present analytical reports and dashboards using visualization tools like Tableau to communicate compliance metrics and trends tostakeholders.
- Stay abreast of advancements in AI and data analytics relevant to compliance and propose innovative solutions to the compliance team.
