[Remote] Residential Review Appraiser

They are seeking a Residential Review Appraiser to provide opinions of value on residential real estate while ensuring compliance with bank regulations and appraisal standards, focusing on building relationships with integrity and excellence. Responsibilities • Receives appraisal requests and determines the type of appraisal and report required based on bank regulations and the degree of credit risk • Reviews residential appraisal reports by independent fee appraisers and reports findings and conclusions in written format • Orders original and updated appraisals from fee appraisers; monitors status of orders, communicates with fee appraisers and bank officers to solve any order problems • Forms a final opinion of value on the properties appraised • Attends related real estate appraisal courses, seminars and meetings for the purpose of maintaining current market knowledge of real estate values and appraisal procedures and techniques • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes Skills • Licensed residential appraiser • Bachelor's Degree • SRA Designation from the Appraisal Institute Benefits • Medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and life insurance • 401(k) matching • Generous holiday and paid time off schedule • Tuition reimbursement • Extensive health and wellness programs, including our Employee Assistance Program • Referral bonus program + more!
