Growth and Demand Generation Specialist
- Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive, data-driven demand generation strategies
- Oversee the strategy and execution of Google Ads and other paid media platforms
- Own the forecasting, measurement, analysis, and reporting of all demand generation initiatives
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure lead quality
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 4+ years of progressive experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing
- Deep expertise in managing large-scale Google Ads accounts
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads for B2B
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Excellent understanding of the B2B buyer's journey
- Proven ability to manage budgets and report on ROI
