- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond promptly to internal and external customer inquiries regarding billing
- Collaborate with a multi-departmental team to resolve billing issues
- Provide essential support services related to revenue cycle operations
- Process and follow up on payer issues and account activities
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the revenue cycle system
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required
- Minimum of 1 year of revenue cycle experience preferred
- Working knowledge of revenue cycle systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to understand and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a healthcare-related revenue cycle position
- Familiarity with industry-specific billing software
- Strong analytical skills to resolve account discrepancies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
