Looking for Salesforce Admin / Sales User for Paid Product Research Interview

We are building a small AI add-on for Salesforce that helps users quickly understand what is going on in a Lead, Account, or Opportunity.

Before the next release, we want to talk to real Salesforce users to understand how you currently work and what problems you have.

This is NOT a sales call.

This is a paid research interview.

Details:

– 1 hour Zoom call

– $40–$75 for the interview

– US residents only

– Must have real experience using Salesforce at work

We are looking for:

– Salesforce Admins

– Sales reps using Salesforce daily

– Customer success / support teams using Salesforce

– Consultants working with Salesforce clients

During the call we will ask about:

– how you read activity history

– how you understand what happened with a customer

– how you prepare emails / follow-ups

– what takes too much time in Salesforce

Optional:

If you want, you can also see a demo of the tool and give feedback.

Requirements:

– Located in the United States

– Have used Salesforce in real work (not only training)

– Available for a 1 hour video call
