Forex Algo developer needed for strategy Automation in Metatrader5

I'm looking for an experienced MQL5 developer to build a rule-based Expert Advisor for a liquidity sweep trading strategy. The EA must follow strict algorithmic logic with fully configurable input parameters.

Core Requirements

Multi-timeframe logic (M15 setup / M1 execution)

Liquidity sweep detection with market structure shift confirmation (swing highs/lows)

Fair Value Gap detection via three-candle imbalance model

Limit order entry with risk-based position sizing (% of balance)

Partial take profit, break-even SL movement, and early exit logic

Max one filled trade per New York session (pending orders excluded)

NY session window: 10:00–11:00 AM with automatic DST adjustment

Spread filter, execution protection, and clean event logging

All parameters must be configurable: risk %, SL buffer, spread limits, timeframes, and session window.

Deliverables

Source code (.mq5) + compiled (.ex5)

Installation instructions and input parameter documentation

Must compile cleanly with zero errors in MetaTrader 5
