AI-Driven Legal Value Platform (Remote – Full-Time)

Compensation: $7/hour

Hours: 20-40 hours/week

Location: Fully Remote

Mandatory Sync Hours: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM Pacific Time (Monday–Friday)

This role exists to build and operationalize that initiative.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, systems-oriented professional to take full operational ownership of this initiative from concept through execution.

This is not an administrative support role.

This is a build role.

The person selected will:

  • Internalize the strategic vision
  • Develop thought leadership materials
  • Coordinate technical and content execution
  • Build and manage workflow systems
  • Direct landing page creation
  • Structure diagnostic offerings
  • Leverage existing Sentric and Rose Law Firm staffing resources

Design, develop, operationalize, and scale a new AI-enabled legal value initiative under the Sentric umbrella.

This includes building:

  • Intellectual property
  • Workflow systems
  • Marketing infrastructure
  • Structured service delivery mechanisms

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Vision Execution

  • Internalize the initiative’s thesis and economic rationale
  • Translate leadership discussions into structured execution plans
  • Develop 30/60/90-day phased rollout plans
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and execution gaps
  • Create implementation dashboards inside ClickUp

2. Thought Leadership Development

  • Draft white papers and structured analytical reports
  • Develop webinar content outlines and presentation decks
  • Create case-style examples and use-case illustrations
  • Work directly with senior leadership to refine positioning language

You must think clearly and write persuasively.

3. Website & Landing Page Development

  • Design structure and content flow for a dedicated landing page
  • Draft all core copy and content
  • Coordinate with web team for implementation
  • Ensure messaging clarity and strategic alignment
  • Build a structured funnel from landing page to consultation
  • Integrate HubSpot lead capture and tracking

This role directs execution — not merely drafts content.

4. Diagnostic Product Design

  • Structure a formal AI-driven legal value audit offering
  • Define scope, phases, deliverables, and pricing logic
  • Develop internal SOPs for delivery
  • Coordinate staffing resources from Sentric and RLF
  • Design intake questionnaires and structured assessment tools
  • Build scalable templates

5. Workflow & Systems Architecture

  • Build internal project boards in ClickUp
  • Create process documentation and SOP libraries
  • Develop templates for consistent output
  • Coordinate HubSpot pipeline tracking for inbound interest
  • Establish quality-control checkpoints
  • Create internal governance guardrails

6. Team Coordination & Execution Management

  • Direct assigned supporting paralegals and analysts
  • Break complex initiatives into assignable workstreams
  • Set internal deadlines and accountability structures
  • Review and elevate outputs to professional standard
  • Maintain disciplined execution cadence

This is a leadership role at an early stage.

  • Analyze AI adoption trends in legal markets
  • Research comparable service offerings
  • Identify pricing benchmarks and positioning strategies
  • Produce structured research memoranda
