Junior Media Buyer (Meta & TikTok Ads) – Ad Uploads & Reporting - Contract to Hire
We’re looking for a Junior Media Buyer to support our team with ad uploads, campaign setup, and performance reporting across Meta and TikTok.
This is a long-term position with strong growth potential for the right candidate.
What You'll Do
Upload and launch campaigns in Meta Ads Manager & TikTok Ads Manager
Assist with campaign setup, duplication, and scaling
Monitor performance daily and report key insights
Create weekly performance reports (Google Sheets)
Track and analyze KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC)
Communicate with the team and follow structured processes
Requirements
Proven experience using Meta Ads Manager & TikTok Ads Manager
Solid understanding of performance metrics
High attention to detail (no careless mistakes)
Organized and reliable — you meet deadlines
Fluent in English
Must have fast internet
Must be able to work in the Germany time zone
Nice to Have
Experience working with e-commerce brands
Familiarity with Google Sheets / dashboards
Basic understanding of ad creatives
