Career Coach & Mentor for Transition to Fractional CMO

I am seeking an expert Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (fCMO) to provide 1:1 career coaching. This is not a general life coaching role. I am specifically looking for a mentor who currently operates as a full-time fCMO to help me map out my transition into this exact career path.

Core Requirement

Direct experience as a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer is mandatory. You must have a proven track record of managing a portfolio of fractional clients and successfully navigating the business side of a fractional CMO practice.

Scope of Work

Career Mapping: Audit my professional background to identify a high-value, defensible niche.

Service Architecture: Define my "fractional offer," including scope of work, deliverables, and high-impact "quick wins" for new clients.

Commercial Strategy: Advise on pricing models (value-based vs. retainers) and contract structures unique to the fCMO model.

Scale Strategy: Guidance on transitioning from one-off consulting to a sustainable, full-time fractional career.

Candidate Qualifications

Active fCMO Practice: You must currently or previously have held multiple concurrent fCMO roles.

Executive Leadership: Deep background in high-level marketing strategy (VP or C-suite level).

Mentorship Ability: Ability to provide structured, actionable feedback and accountability.

Project Logistics

Duration: 3–6 months.

Format: Weekly or bi-weekly video strategy sessions.

Payment: Milestone-based or hourly via Upwork.
