  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service, recommending items for sale and suggesting trade-up and/or companion items.
  • Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested, process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
  • Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records, checking in and pricing merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader.
  • Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss, ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
  • Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise, completing resets and revisions as directed.
  • Assist with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures, using the first in, first out method and restock outs.
  • Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
  • Assume web pick-up responsibilities, monitoring orders in Picture Care Plus, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
  • Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers.
  • Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

  • Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate, ensuring you're equipped with the latest knowledge and skills to excel in your role.

  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
  • Requires a willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

  • Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Prefer prior work experience with arenaflex.
