As an Intake Coordinator / Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and data management across our organization. Under the general supervision of our Administrator / Office Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating new client onboarding and intake processes
  • Entering and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in our systems
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Assisting with data analysis and reporting as needed
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and customer service
  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Coordinate new client onboarding and intake processes, including:
  • + Scheduling appointments and meetings+ Gathering and verifying client information+ Ensuring accurate and timely completion of onboarding documents
  • Enter and maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our systems, including:
  • + Client contact information+ Project details and status updates+ Financial and billing information
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders, including:
  • + Responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries+ Resolving client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner+ Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Assist with data analysis and reporting as needed, including:
  • + Data entry and cleaning+ Report generation and distribution+ Identifying trends and insights to inform business decisions
