We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our retail store operations in Jacksonville, FL. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience, directing and supervising front-end functions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Your exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and passion for customer service will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Create an outstanding customer experience by ensuring that all customer service, cash control, labor control, expense, and supply controls are being followed.
  • Direct and supervise all front-end functions, including customer service, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Lead and empower teams to deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Manage fiscal budgets, in-stock inventory, shrink, expenses, and labor management with a high level of integrity and responsibility.
  • Participate actively as a coordinated, motivated management team, training and coaching team members on KPIs, customer service, product knowledge, and safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including food safety, USDA, and COOL regulations.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 3-6 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment
  • Strong customer service skills and exceptional interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills
  • Proficient with computer applications used in effectively operating the department
  • Possession of Food Safety Certification or the ability to obtain same within 180 days of placement
  • High standard of integrity and reliability
  • Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • Language proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Experience with inventory management, cash handling, and labor control
