Supply Chain Manager (Shopify E-commerce | US Market) - Contract to Hire
We are a fast-growing e-commerce fashion company focused on the US market, currently processing ~200 orders per day with strong growth.
We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager who can take full control over our logistics, costs, and fulfillment performance.

Responsibilities
As our Supply Chain Manager, you ensure everything runs efficiently, profitably, and on time:
- COGS Management & Optimization
- Monitor and improve product costs
- Track margins per product
- Negotiate with suppliers to improve pricing
- Order & Shipping Control
- Daily check to ensure all orders are shipped on time
- Monitor fulfillment flow (~200 orders/day)
- Identify and solve delays, missing orders, or issues immediately
- Process Control & Optimization
- Maintain clear overview of what is shipped vs. not shipped
- Improve systems and workflows (Shopify / Parcel Panel)
- Build scalable processes for growth (300–500+ orders/day)
- Supplier Management
- Daily communication with suppliers (mainly Asia)
- Monitor supplier performance (shipping times, errors, quality)
- Find better suppliers when needed

Requirements
- Experience in Shopify e-commerce / dropshipping
- Strong understanding of COGS, margins, and cost control
- Experience with fulfillment and supply chain operations
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Problem-solver mindset (nothing gets ignored)
- Experience with tools like Parcel Panel is a strong plus
