- *Role 1:**
- *OTL Techno/Functional Implementation Consultant**
- Responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) solutions. Work closely with business users to gather requirements, configure time rules, and ensure accurate time tracking and compliance.
- *Role 2: Oracle Absence Techno/Functional Implementation Consultant**
- Lead configuration and implementation of Oracle Absence Management modules. Collaborate with HR teams to design leave plans, accruals, and policies aligned with business needs.
- *Role 3: Oracle HCM Fast Formulas (Technical)**
- Develop and maintain Oracle HCM Fast Formulas to support payroll, benefits, and absence processes. Troubleshoot and optimize formula performance while ensuring compliance with business rules.
- *Role 4: Payroll Functional with Core HR Knowledge**
Support payroll processes along with core HR functionalities in Oracle HCM. Ensure accurate payroll execution, compliance, and seamless integration with HR data and processes.
