<p>Manage the reservation and confirmation process with precision</p>
<p>Communicate professionally regarding itinerary details, travel requirements, and updates</p>
<p>Maintain accurate client records and documentation</p>
<p>Provide proactive follow-up and service support before and after travel</p>
