As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers and helping us drive business growth. You'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including data entry, customer support, and administrative duties.   • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Place outbound customer contacts, follow-up emails to customers, and respond to basic inquiries
  • Update and maintain customer call data source, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles
  • Manage support; profile page creation/updating
  • Filing, Information access, and Document production
  • Create and update customer service issue tickets
  • Support in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer support process and manage unique management ventures, including overflow work from teams, such as word-processing, data entry, and Internet research jobs
  • Manage the company's lobby area: Greet and direct all visitors, clients, work applicants, and customers. Straight and seat all visitors to their appointed offices and conference room and alert staff members of their arrival/appointment
  • General office roles feature but are not limited to submitting, data access, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task job
  • Responsible for checking out supply products
