[Remote] Senior Digital Strategy Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. As a Senior Digital Strategy Consultant, you will advise clients on business strategy, digital transformation, and analytics, helping them navigate complex challenges and optimize their operations.

Responsibilities
• Collaboratively lead clients towards a deeper understanding of their business and opportunities to drive growth through strategic initiatives, new channels or business models, and digital-enabled opportunities
• Help clients increase the impact of digital on their customer satisfaction and business success – to accelerate their transformation efforts
• Use journey maps, customer and client insights in combination with various data sets to build modern UI/UX and process innovations into the customer/consumer/patient experience
• Improve digital operating models in organizations, helping clients build the skills, processes, and bringing in the tools to deliver digital capabilities to the broader organization, to customers and partners in their broader ecosystem
• Help clients draw insights from the data they have, identify useful KPIs to support their decision making, or find new data to help answer their questions
• Help clients define a target state that aligns with the transaction / deal thesis, and scope & sequence initiatives required to get them there, support the execution of integration efforts
• Spend most of your time working on digital topics but also diving into a broader set of critical challenges that our clients are facing
• Ideate, solve, co-create with your team members and the client to tackle complex business and technology issues, help clients better understand digital opportunities and technology issues, and develop strategies for change – together with the client teams

Skills
• Working experience at a leading consulting firm with strategy, digital, growth, or technology practices (Accenture, Deloitte, EY, IBM, KPMG, PwC, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, West Monroe, Grant Thornton, etc.), or relevant IT / technology / digital strategy experience outside of consulting
• Experience and comfort in client facing roles – developing and presenting points-of-view or deliverables, ability to work in ambiguous environments and bring structure and organization to client needs
• Bachelor's degree and MBA, with focus in Digital/Strategy/Tech/Finance
• Baseline understanding of Finance/Accounting/Budgeting topics
• Solid business acumen across a few sectors / industries
• Ideally experience in one or multiple topics: growth strategy, digital strategy, tech transformation, IT organization, product management, agile, IT M&A, IT performance optimization, IT operating models, vendor selection and management, Technology road-mapping, setup and management of PMO or similar, product implementation
• Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking
• Ability to develop cutting-edge business models, frameworks for data analysis & insights, and long-term strategies with an objective to deliver lasting value
• Digital, tech-forward, or pure technology skills, ideally with experience in digital or technology consulting
• Solid quantitative analysis, good business sense and acumen, with the ability to combine strategic big picture with tactical end-to-end thinking and solutioning
• Ability to drive client discussions on your own, willingness to take over responsibility in a highly stimulating, collaborative, startup-like boutique consultancy
• Excellent communication skills over Slack, email, phone, PowerPoint
• Experience with data visualization and related tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Google Charts, or Infogram
• No fear to jump into new topics, be it a new tool that a client is interested in, a topic that one of our clients is crazy about, or just a new book that helps broaden your horizon
